Although this is perfect for storing your loyalty cards on your phone, there’s one down side. Since downloading this app, it has had no way for me to redeem the points I’ve received and there’s not been one deal in the app either. I have noticed this app isn’t based in the US, so I think that may be the reason, so what I’m asking is that they provide those for people using the app in the United States and maybe I’ll change my review to 5 stars.

I’m still learning how to use the app not very good at it and not understanding much about it but I keep putting in my receipts to add points and don’t know what to use them at or how to use them yet try to YouTube it did not help so somebody can help me would be niceBecause if I cannot use them I’m gonna delete this app and put a zero stars on it if I can

It’s normal for there to be a Privacy Policy listing practices for how our personal information is gathered and handled, or sold, and more. As of this date, there is none. Hidden in the details, though, it notes it may track your location even when turned off. That’s bad if you’re not made aware and giving permission. This is not good. I am passing on this app.

Works well. My only desire would be Apple wallet integration but I’m not sure if that’s possible.

First of all you cannot any more classify the cards in the order you want. A real pain when using an Apple Watch because the card you want may not appear on the watch. Anyway the Apple Watch does not work and crashes all the time. The support is inexistant and never answers.

This is confusing. After the update, there are some sections that are displayed in French. Used to be a good app but now it is not structured well. I will delete and use another one with English words. Wee wee!

I had a prior version of this app and it worked well. They upgraded presumably to make more money from its use. The update automatically came thru and carried my cards through to the new version. BUT everything was in French and my cards no longer worked. I’m looking for another app to use

As a family we have so many store cards and this way it’s all in one place and even in my husbands phone

Very easy to add card but some of the cards stored on FidMe do not scan at registers. The app drops the last # of the card and it can not be put in manually either. Other than that most cards do work

I have started using this app all the time to reduce clutter in my wallet and on my keychain. It works very well and with only one email I was able to get an issue corrected within minutes! Highly recommend for a trouble-free and useful app that you will actually use!

1. 404 Belarus was not found 2. add card is borked ALL 4 methods lead to the very same screen where you could take a photo or select from the gallery: none of which sadly lead to a working UI.

This app without a doubt could be one of the more useful apps for the Apple Watch. When I first tried it on my phone, I initially saw all my loyalty cards. But as soon as I tapped on one it switched to a screen asking me to add my first card on my iPhone. It is impossible to get back to the other screen. I uninstalled and reinstalled it but it still is messed up. I see that a couple of competing apps are compatible with the Apple Watch. So I now have no choice but to have to try using one of those.

Really allows you to not worry about having that Costanza wallet!

this app works very good. found it in blackberry os10 app world so I thought I'd see if it was in Apple world. and it was so I downloaded it on my toy phone which is a iPhone 6s

Apple watch bar codes worked until last update. Now the barcodes do not show. Just white screens with numbers.

A few bugs (e.g. can't update name on card) and missing translations (e.g. custom picture), but overall a good app that I feel I can trust with my loyalty cards.

Ease to use. Adding cards not in database is also very easy. Compared to several similar apps, I love this apps best. Support is also very responsive.

I've tried several times to download the app and it says I've already purchased it and it I won't be charged again. I hope I haven't paid for it since it never actually downloads.

It kept saying that my email address was invalid. I checked for extra spaces and weird characters. Nothing. Just didn't like my email.

This app is not for anyone in the US. Don't waste your time. None of my stores were available. Also had English selected but still came up foreign.

When adding a card I get connection errors to their server; Adding a new card makes you do everything manually including entering the bar code number; rotating the app screws up; the app has not been completely internationalized, still has button labeled in French. This app is not ready for use in the US.

This is the best reward card app hands down. I had this when I was on BB10 and loved it. This is just as fluid on iOS. The problems that I had were easily addressed by the developer. He/She replied to my problems very quickly and resolved the matter. Excellent customer service! Thank you for developing this app.

Bad app , the scanner not works , if you have 11 numbers , In the app appears 10 , scans from other stores not works too .!!

There is no option what so ever for passbook support.

2 cards I setup didn't work. Left me stranded without my rewards card. Going back to card star

So, where is the Passbook integration, for either iOS 6 or iOS 7? Why can't I take pictures of my cards and store them as well as the rest? You don't let us store even just the front of the card, much less the back. Your "no account" demo is a joke. Your map of merchants for the cards is also totally bogus -- you don't show the places that really are there, and you do show places that aren't. And the user interface? YUCK!!! You don't have to go all iOS 7 super-duper flat all over, but please get rid of all the seriously ugly and distracting faux leather, fur, and all that other crap. Don't waste my space and don't waste my time. And please do provide retina graphics and maps. Thanks! So much potential is claimed. I would prefer a simpler program that tries to do less, but does it better.

There are no buttons or links to Passbook for ios7. It's what attracted me to the app, and it doesn't work. I tried sending an email direct to FIDME, but I never heard back, so now I'm putting through this review.

Everytime I hit check for a card the app immediately crashes?

I can only add cards out off the predetermined list, outside cards can't be saved!!!

I'm in the US!! Once u switch to US (every time u open the app) loading the cards is easy BUT I just tried to use it at Walgreens and it didn't work! You might want to go back to the drawing board on this one.

For a free app this works well at keeping all my cards together and now I don't have to keep the cards on my keyring. Stores that can't scan the code should be able to type in the code from the card with no problems.

I can find cards to the stores I go to, but the card scanner doesn't work for any of them...why bother adding a listing for something that doesn't work? 1 star is too many.

I have no real idea this app was unavailable for the Fred Meyer.

The app doesn't work in the stores in my area. Not sure why, but I lost out on savings because I didn't have the actual card with me and relied on this app. The need to explain better how this works as where it will work.

Store scanners will not scan the code

While this app needs to get more business in board or does a good job keeping my cards in order. Plus I can scan in a card if not found in their data base. 4 stars good design easy to use.

I can't give any photo of my cards for use this app. App is only hang.

I like the design & that it's very simple to use, but I've yet to have a card actually work with a store scanner yet.

I love this program! By far the easiest to use!

Adding cards was an easy process. Using the app seems intuitive. I like being able to keep all my card info readily available.
